Assisted in backend print production of all Phone models, adaptation of SA graphic materials across all media forms, photo exports for web, packaging design, and print designs. Maintenance and adherence to existing branding and style guides through different medias. All according the license branding and under design direction of the Art Director.

Print Production Process

Pictured below is one of the steps for phone cases, Transparency Effect. It gives designs special treatment compare to a standard print. Each design has its own unique colors for desired print effect and colors. As a supporting designer, once the designs are finalized by the Art Director, I am tasked to carry on the rest of the project to deliver the desired print effect on the finalized physical product; which may take a couple round of test prints, while in communication of the print production team.

Phone & Tech Accessories Adaptations

My responsibility after iPhone designs are approved is to complete the adaptations. Finalized designs must be adapted onto Samsung & Google phones, as well as tech accessories. Here is an example of Harvest Medley design being adapted; each has a different art board size and must have a layout that best fits each. The end result you can see - creates a more complete and harmonious collection.

Creating print assets

Meanwhile, the print assets must reflect the essence of the collection. Here are images of packaging, influencer cards, merch items, store or pop-up displays. Print settings can range from normal opaque - to special effects such gloss, or special paper being used. These are created by our team, with the branding & collection aesthetic in mind.

Web, social, email & PR exports

Before the project is launched - the final task is to export various dimensions for web, social, and pr. These include flat-lays, mockups, and images from product shoots. They are content images that are either created from our own design team, other teams from around the world, or from partners. It varies from project to project.
